现阶段的林产工业是三个密集型(技术要求高、资金投入大、原料消耗多)的产物。根据林产工业的这一特点,结合黑龙江省政府“治理森工两危,实现两个良性循环方案”和黑龙江省森工总局“黑龙江森工技术兴林初步安排”,在林产工业科技兴厂方面,现提出如下一些设想。基本思想是以缓解森工“两危”为契机,以科技兴厂为动力,依靠技术进步改进经营管理,调整产业产品和原料结构,提高质量,降低消耗,创造效益,促进林产工业
