礼炮齐鸣,欢声雷动。十月二十四日,古城西安北郊徐家湾传来喜讯:陕西省水利厅筹建的我省最大的沙棘油厂建成投产。至此,陕西沙辣开发利用事业又上了一个新的台阶。沙棘油有很好的医疗保健作用,又是制造多种药物和化妆品的优质原料。沙棘油含有多种维生素、氮基酸和黄酮化合物,具有杀菌消炎、止痛、提高机体免疫能力、抑瘤抗癌作用。对治疗烧伤、烫伤、刀伤、冻伤、放射性损伤,以及降低胆固醇、防止动脉硬化、防癌抗癌等均有显著效果。因此,沙棘油被誉为“神油”。
