这是一种三层的花园式住宅。每一组共8户,底层4户,二、三层4户。底层住户由内走廊联系,内走廊由天井采光。每户平面相同,并且都有一个带围墙的花园和一个小天井。所有房间都由花园和天井直接采光。楼上居民每户占有第二、三层,由外楼梯登上二层内走廊再进入各户。厨房、餐室和起居室布置在第二层,卧室布置在第三层。居民通过第二层屋顶花园中的步梯到达第三层。楼上楼下或同一层楼中主要居室窗
This is a three-level garden house. There are 8 households in each group, 4 households on the ground floor and 4 households on the second and third floors. The bottom tenants are connected by the inner corridor and the inner corridor is illuminated by the patio. Each home has the same plane and has a walled garden and a small patio. All rooms are directly illuminated by the garden and patio. Upstairs, the residents occupy the second and third floors. They enter the second floor corridor from the outer stairs and enter each household. The kitchen, dining room and living room are located on the second floor and the bedroom is on the third floor.
