文章回顾了中国应对国际金融危机的全过程,通过目标一致法的评估显示:中国直面这场由美国所引发的金融危机挑战,在与世界各国同时面对的这场“大考”中,率先复苏,实现稳定增长,实现了主要宏观经济目标,交出了一份令世人瞩目和惊奇的“答卷”。通过中国与其他国家应对危机措施与结果的经验总结,文章从“一个大脑”、“两只手”机制、“两条腿”走路和“两个积极性”四个方面分析了具有中国特色的内在体制机制的比较优势。
The article reviews the whole process of China’s response to the international financial crisis. The assessment of the consensus-based law shows that China faces the challenge of the financial crisis triggered by the United States. In this “exam ” which is being faced with all countries in the world, Took the lead in recovery and achieved steady growth, fulfilled its major macroeconomic goals and handed in a “Reply Sheet” that attracted worldwide attention and surprise. Through the experience of China and other countries in coping with the crisis measures and their results, the article discusses the following four aspects: “one brain”, “two hands” mechanism, “two legs” and “two positives” It analyzes the comparative advantages of the internal institutional mechanisms with Chinese characteristics.
