创意产业已经成为诸多国家重点发展的新型产业形态,以创意产业园的形式出现,可以发挥集聚区的作用,加快经济转型升级。文章以常州创意产业基地为例,基于产业链视角,从上、中、下游来分析创意产业园的发展现状,并阐述其存在的人才、产业集聚效应、品牌效应缺乏等诸多问题,从而有针对性的提出对策建议。
Creative industries have become the new industrial forms that many countries focus on and emerge in the form of creative industrial parks. They can play the role of agglomeration areas and speed up economic restructuring and upgrading. Taking Changzhou Creative Industry Base as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of creative industry parks from the perspectives of upstream, middle and lower reaches of the industrial chain and elaborates on the existing problems of talent, industrial cluster effect and lack of brand effect, Propose countermeasures and suggestions.
