本文就卷绕式高真空镀膜机用铝丝蒸发舟的蒸发温度与横向膜厚均匀性以及提高蒸发舟使用寿命等问题进行了探讨。
In this paper, the issue of the evaporation temperature and lateral thickness uniformity of the aluminum wire evaporation boat for the winding high vacuum coating machine and the service life of the evaporation boat are discussed.
