昌吉市的连欣咨询:我表姐以朋友名义买了一套单位房,后来她的朋友又想要这套房产。尽管表姐实际出钱购买,并一直居住,水电物业费都缴纳了,但她现在仍然办不了房产证,请问我表姐能不能得到这套房产?
