银丝草菇(Volvariella bombycina)有特殊风味,蛋白质含量高,菌蕾白色,不易开伞,适宜制罐。据美国菌种保藏中心主任钟顺昌教授介绍,银丝草菇是美国人喜欢食用的一种白草菇。我所于1982年从野生子实体中分离获得纯菌种,人工栽培试验得到成功,并在1983年《食用菌》第3期上作过报道。为了开发这一新的食用菌资源,使它成为人工栽培的菇类,1984年笔者对其生产性能、栽培方法及营养成分等作了进一步探索,本文主要报道袋式栽培的结果。
Volvariella bombycina has a special flavor, high protein content, bacterial bud white, easy to open umbrella, suitable for canning. According to Professor Zhong Shunchang, director of the American Type Culture Collection, courgettes are the kind of white mushrooms that Americans like to eat. I was isolated from wild fruiting bodies in 1982 to obtain pure species, artificial cultivation trials were successful, and in 1983, “Edible Fungus” No. 3 were reported. In order to develop this new edible fungus resources, making it a kind of cultivated mushrooms, in 1984, the author further explored its production performance, cultivation methods and nutrients, etc. This paper mainly reports the results of bag cultivation.
