利用光学显微镜,研究了冷却速度对锻造Ti48Al2Cr(原子数分数,%)组织演变的影响.结果表明:冷却速度主要影响锻造TiAl基合金组织演变产物的形貌,而对晶团尺寸的影响较小.锻造TiAl基合金在α相转变温度θα以上等温热处理后,采用炉冷、空冷、油冷和水冷,会依次转变为全层状组织、层状组织加魏氏体组织、块状转变组织加魏氏体组织、块状转变组织加羽毛状组织
The effect of cooling rate on the microstructure evolution of Ti48Al2Cr (atomic fraction,%) was studied by optical microscope. The results show that the cooling rate mainly affects the morphology of the forged TiAl-based alloy, but has little effect on the size of the ingot. Forged TiAl-based alloy isothermally heat-treated at αα transformation temperature above θα, and then cooled to furnace temperature, air-cooled, oil-cooled and water-cooled, and then transformed to full-layered structure, Plus Wei body tissue, massive transformation of the organization plus feathery tissue
