Tanning workers come into contact with many chemicals such as chromium salts (trivalent or tetravalent), strong acids, butyl acetate, cyclohexane and aniline, some of which are genotoxic and carcinogenic to humans or laboratory animals. In order to investigate whether tannic workers exposed to these chemicals have obvious genotoxicity, two biomarkers were used in this study: chromosome aberration of micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocytes and urine shedding epithelium rate. Blood samples taken from a tanneries 26 male workers, the other set of 20 control group (not in contact with tanning chemicals used). MEM culture medium for 48 hours, conventional production, each person
