近年来,针对如何保障农民工社会权利实现的问题,学术界大多从制度(经济、社会、法律)、社会政策等影响农民工的外部因素来探讨。本文以社会工作为视角,以“增权”理论为支撑,试图将“个体主动模式”的增权与“外力推动模式”的增权相结合,从提高农民工自身能力的角度和改善外部政策环境两方面来保障农民工社会权利的实现。
In recent years, most of the academic circles focus on how to guarantee the realization of migrant workers’ social rights from the external factors such as the system (economic, social, legal) and social policies that affect migrant workers. From the perspective of social work and supported by the theory of empowerment, this article attempts to combine the empowerment of “individual active mode ” with the empowerment of “external force promotion mode ”, Perspective and to improve the external policy environment to ensure the realization of migrant workers’ social rights.
