叙述了用提拉法从熔体中生长了不同掺量的Fe:LiNbO_3晶体,并进行了氧化处理,对晶体进行吸收光谱测试表明,晶体的光谱特性与掺量、氧化处理条件有密切联系,是一种比较优良的大容量体全息记录介质材料.
It is described that different quantities of Fe: LiNbO_3 crystal are grown from the melt by Czochralski method and the oxidation treatment is carried out. The absorption spectrum of the crystal shows that the optical properties of the crystal are closely related to the dosage and oxidation treatment conditions. Is a relatively good bulk holographic recording medium material.
