目的探讨玻璃体切割联合玻璃体注入抗菌素治疗外伤性眼内容炎疗效。方法回顾性分析了７例外伤性眼内容炎经玻璃体切割联合注入抗菌素治疗结果。结果７例眼内容炎均治愈，手术前后视力明显提高，且视力恢复与眼外伤距手术时间密切相关。结论玻璃体切割联合玻璃体注入抗菌素治疗外伤性眼内容炎能及时控制眼内炎，且手术时间越早，预后越好
Objective To investigate the efficacy of vitrectomy and vitreous injection of antibiotics in the treatment of traumatic ocular inflammation. Methods Retrospective analysis of 7 cases of traumatic ocular inflammation by vitrectomy combined with antibiotic injection results. Results 7 cases of intraocular inflammation were cured, visual acuity was significantly improved before and after surgery, and visual acuity and ocular trauma from surgery time are closely related. Conclusions Vitrectomy combined with intravitreal injection of antibiotics in the treatment of traumatic intraocular inflammation can control endophthalmitis in time and the earlier the operation, the better the prognosis
