本文报道经矮壮素处理后,小麦体内~(14)C-同化产物运转分配以及淀粉合成酶活性发生的改变。结果表明,小麦在分蘖期喷施矮壮素对~(14)C-同化产物的分配格式及淀粉合成酶活性的影响,因灌浆时期的不同而有很大差别。矮壮素处理延迟了灌浆前期~(14)C 向籽粒中的运转并且降低了~(14)C 参入稀酸水解物中的速度;灌浆后期,又加速这两个过程的进行。淀粉合成酶活性的测定也指出,矮壮素抑制了灌浆前期酶的活性,后期却又促进其活性升高。这些结果说明了矮壮素促进籽粒肥大的作用可能与它增大了籽粒的贮库容量有关。
In this paper, we report the changes of ~ (14) C-assimilate distribution and the activity of starch synthase in wheat after CCS treatment. The results showed that the effect of CCC on the distribution pattern of ~ (14) C-assimilation products and the activity of starch synthase in wheat at the tillering stage was very different due to different grain filling stages. Chlormequat delayed the operation of ~ (14) C in grain and reduced the rate of ~ (14) C into dilute acid hydrolyzate during the early grain filling stage, and accelerated the later stages of grain filling. Determination of starch synthase activity also pointed out that CCK inhibition of early grain filling enzyme activity, but also to promote its activity. These results indicate that the role of CCC in promoting grain hypertrophy may be related to its increased grain storage capacity.
