通过对滚动轴承振动测量中加速度传感器系统频响特性的分析,建立了传感器系统的力学分析模型.通过对模型的分析,接触刚度对系统谐振频率的影响最显著.提高系统的接触刚度可采用线接触形式和提高传振杆材料强度;减小系统的等效质量对提高谐振频率也有明显的效果.阻尼对频响特性的影响不显著.结论也适用于类似的振动测量系统.附图4幅,参考文献9篇.
Through the analysis of the frequency response of the acceleration sensor system in rolling bearing vibration measurement, the mechanical analysis model of the sensor system is established. Through the analysis of the model, the contact stiffness has the most significant influence on the resonance frequency of the system. To improve the contact stiffness of the system, Form and improve the strength of the transmission rod material; to reduce the equivalent mass of the system to improve the resonant frequency also has significant effect.Damping has no significant effect on the frequency response.Conclusions also apply to similar vibration measurement system.Figure 4, 9 references.
