《蝇王》是一部发人深思的哲理性小说。小说以寓言的形式对人性进行了深入探讨。在作者看来,一方面人性邪恶,其邪恶与生俱来,不可摧毁,它总是受到文明的压抑而潜伏在人的内心深处,一旦失去管束,便会释放出来。另一方面正是人性的不完善导致了社会的不完善,人性的邪恶导致了社会的邪恶。人性中固有的邪恶是人类自身悲剧的本质根源。认识到这一点,就必须建立起足够的对于人性邪恶的防范意识,防止人类悲剧的再次上演。
Lord of the Flies is a thought-provoking philosophical novel. The novel explores human nature in the form of parable. In the view of the author, on the one hand, evil in human nature and evil are inherent and indestructible. It is always suppressed by the civilization and lurked in the depths of human beings. Once it is out of control, it will be released. On the other hand, it is the imperfection of human nature that causes the imperfection of society, and the evil of human nature leads to the evil of society. The evil inherent in human nature is the essential source of human tragedies. In recognition of this, we must establish enough awareness of prevention of human evil and prevent the recurrence of human tragedies.
