本文首次报道了甘蓝型油菜细胞核雄性不育性是由二对显性基因所控制,彼此具有互作现象,其中一对基因对另一对具有显性上位作用,根据其遗传学原理,可以选育到二种育性分离比例稳定在1:1的核不育两型系。用它与恢复系制种,称为二系制种法,在生产上应用已获得成功。并对核不育系的三系制种法提出了初步设想。
This paper reports for the first time that the nuclear male sterility in Brassica napus is controlled by two pairs of dominant genes and interacts with each other. One pair of genes has a dominant epistatic effect on the other pair. According to its genetic principle, Breeding two fertility separation ratio stable at 1: 1 nuclear sterile two-type system. With it and restore the system seed, called the second system seed production method, the production has been successfully applied. The preliminary plan was put forward for the three-line seed production method of nuclear male sterile lines.
