本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对南京市普通高校瑜伽课程开设的现状进行研究,发现该课程的开设处于探索阶段,存在的问题包括:课程结构不够合理、教师素质有待提高、与阳光体育结合不够等,在此基础上提出对南京市普通高校瑜伽课程开展的建议及其发展前景的展望,以期对瑜伽课程在普通高校的开展提供可参考的建议。
In this paper, we study the current situation of yoga courses in colleges and universities in Nanjing by using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview and statistics. We find that the course is in the exploratory stage. The existing problems include: unreasonable course structure, teachers’ qualities To be improved, combined with the lack of sunshine sports, on the basis of which the author puts forward the suggestions on the yoga courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Nanjing and the prospect of its development prospects in order to provide reference for the development of yoga courses in colleges and universities.
