研究了冷轧压下率(65%、70%、75%、80%)对超低碳铝镇静深冲钢(0.0025%C)再结晶退火显微组织与成形性能的影响规律。结果表明:随压下率提高,再结晶晶粒尺寸减小,抗拉强度变化不大而屈服强度略有上升,塑性应变比r值升高明显;压下率增至80%时,r值最高达2.35。织构分析表明:r值的升高与织构变化规律相符,压下率80%时,退火板的{111}织构强度最大;压下率75%时,退火板的{112}<110>织构强度最高,{111}<110>与{111}<112>两种织构强度差值最小。
The effect of cold rolling reduction (65%, 70%, 75%, 80%) on the recrystallization microstructure and formability of ultra-low carbon aluminum killed deep drawing steel (0.0025% C) was studied. The results show that with the decrease of recrystallization grain size, the recrystallization grain size decreases, the tensile strength changes little and the yield strength increases slightly, and the plastic strain ratio r increases obviously. When the reduction rate increases to 80%, r value Up to 2.35. The texture analysis shows that the increase of r value is consistent with the change of texture. When the reduction ratio is 80%, the {111} texture strength of the annealed sheet is the highest. When the rolling reduction is 75%, the {112} <110 > Texture strength is the highest, the difference between {111} <110> and {111} <112> is the smallest.
