目的探讨鼻内窥镜下电灼治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效.方法采用鼻内窥镜下双极电凝电灼蝶腭神经、筛前神经及下鼻甲62例.术后定期复查,随访2 a后对手术方法及疗效进行统计分析.结果 62例均行一次手术,术后2 a显效46例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率87.1%.结论对于药物或脱敏治疗效果不佳的病人或不愿意接受上述药物治疗的病人,使用鼻内窥镜下双极电灼治疗常年性变应性鼻炎是行之有效的方法之一,有较好的临床应用价值.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic electrocautery in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods 62 cases of bipolar electrocoagulation with sphenopalatine nerve, anterioposterior nerve and inferior turbinate under nasal endoscopy were retrospectively reviewed, After 2 years of follow-up, the surgical methods and curative effects were statistically analyzed.Results All the 62 cases underwent one operation, 46 cases were markedly effective 2 days after operation, 8 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 87.1% .Conclusion For the drug or desensitization treatment Poor performance of patients or unwilling to accept the above drug treatment of patients, the use of nasal endoscopic bipolar burn treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis is an effective method, a better clinical value.
