深圳市人民政府侨务办公室课题组于2011年5至12月期间对全市范围内的侨资企业进行了调研,对侨资企业的发展状况和转型升级过程面临的困难及问题进行了深入的了解,并从优化侨资企业的市场环境和人才培养等方面为加快侨资企业转型升级提出了对策和建议。
The research group of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government conducted a survey on overseas-funded enterprises within the city from May to December 2011 to conduct an in-depth understanding of the development of overseas Chinese-funded enterprises and the difficulties and problems in the process of transformation and upgrading. And put forward countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the transformation and upgrading of overseas Chinese-funded enterprises in terms of optimizing the market environment and personnel training of overseas-funded enterprises.
