一些肝炎患者常常伴有胆囊壁明显增厚现象,笔者推测,这可能为肝外系统反应而并作胆囊本身疾患。近年来一些国外学者对某些非胆囊疾患亦发生胆囊壁增厚原因进行探讨,而病毒性肝炎发生胆囊壁增厚原因研究尚未见有报道。为此,我们对50例急性病毒性肝炎病人,50例非肝炎病人胆囊壁进行了同等条件下定期病程观察,观察结果支持了笔者推测。
Some patients with hepatitis often accompanied by significant gallbladder wall thickening phenomenon, I presume, this may be the extrahepatic systemic response and make the gallbladder itself. In recent years, some foreign scholars have also explored the causes of gallbladder wall thickening in some non-gallbladder diseases. However, there are no reports about the causes of gallbladder wall thickening in viral hepatitis. To this end, we have 50 cases of acute viral hepatitis patients, 50 cases of non-hepatitis patients with gallbladder wall under the same conditions under the regular course of observation, the observations support the author’s guess.
