农业部与国家卫生计生委联合发布《食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB2763-2014)。这一农药残留新标准比以往更加严谨,基本与国际标准接轨。新标准规定了387种农药在284种(类)食品中3650项限量指标,较2012年颁布实施的标准新增加了65种农药、43种(类)、1357项限量指标,不仅覆盖了蔬菜、水果、谷物、油料和油脂、糖料、饮料类、调味料、坚果、食用菌、哺乳动物肉类、蛋类、禽内脏和肉类等12大类作物或产品,也基本覆盖了常用农药品种。
Ministry of Agriculture and National Health and Family Planning Commission jointly issued the “maximum residue of pesticides in food” (GB2763-2014). The new pesticide residue standards more stringent than in the past, basic and international standards. The new standard stipulates 3650 limit indicators for 387 kinds of pesticides in 284 kinds of foodstuffs. Compared with the standards promulgated in 2012, the new standard adds 65 kinds of pesticides, 43 kinds (categories) and 1357 limited indicators, covering not only vegetables, 12 categories of crops or products such as fruits, cereals, oils and fats, sugars, beverages, sauces, nuts, edible mushrooms, mammalian meats, eggs, poultry offals and meat also basically cover common pesticide varieties .
