风险投资是一种风靡全球的投资方式。本文主要从风险投资机构的组织形式、运作模式以及融资等方面探讨风险投资机构的运作机制,希望对我国风险投资事业的发展有所启示。
Venture capital is a global investment. This article mainly discusses the operating mechanism of venture capital institutions from the aspects of organization form, operation mode and financing of venture capital institutions, hoping to give some enlightenment to the development of venture capital in our country.
