本文以不同的抗病和感病的甘蓝品种为材料,在接种甘蓝黑腐病菌(Xanthomonascampestris pv.campestris)12天后取样。利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,研究甘蓝黑腐病抗病性与同工酶之间的关系。结果表明,接种后感病品种比抗病品种过氧化物酶同工酶活性显著增强,主要表现在 Per-Ⅰ区的酶谱染色明显加深变宽。接种后抗病品种过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱扫描面积积分总和值的 D 值〔D=(A_i-A_n)/A_n〕小于感病品种的 D 值。D 值的大小可能与品种的抗病性有关。接种后抗病品种和感病品种酯酶同工酶变化不明显。
In this paper, different resistant and susceptible varieties of cabbage were used as materials and samples were taken 12 days after inoculation with Xanthomonas campestris pv. Campestris. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to study the relationship between disease resistance and isozymes in cabbage black rot. The results showed that the peroxidase isoenzyme activity of susceptible and susceptible cultivars significantly increased after inoculation, which was mainly manifested in Enzymes staining of Per-Ⅰ area deepened and broadened. The D value (D = (A_i-A_n) / A_n) of the sum of the integral values of the peroxidase isoenzyme zymograms in the resistant cultivars after inoculation was less than the D value of the susceptible cultivars. The value of D may be related to the disease resistance of varieties. After inoculation resistance varieties and susceptible varieties esterase isozymes did not change significantly.
