一、加强医技科室管理的重要性 医技科室管理的重要性是由医疗技术在医院中地位日益变化和发展而决定的。 1.临床科室对医疗技术的依赖性越来越强,决定了医技科室对临床诊断准确率的价值作用越来越大。过去,医技科室作为辅助诊疗科室,主要是为临床诊断治疗提供参考数据和辅助治疗。现在,随着医学科学技术的飞跃发展,医技科室的诊疗技术已在很大程度上突破了原有的局限,进入了一个新的层次和深度,能为临床提供更加直接和有效的诊断依据及治疗手段,使临床上一些过去不能明确诊断的疾病能够得到明确诊断,一些不易治疗的疾病能够治愈。医技科室在疾病的诊断治疗中已从原有的辅助地位逐渐向主导地位转化。
