当九十年代到来的时候,我们迎来了我国科技事业发展最好的年代。科学技术是第一生产力的思想已广为接受。依靠科技进步,促进生产发展,促进经济和社会的繁荣已成为实现我国经济和社会发展的第二阶段战略目标的决定性因素。国家的发展,社会的进步离不开科学技术,毫无疑问,医学的发展也必须依靠科学技术的进步。十一届三中全会以来,我省医学科技工作已有了较好的发展,取得了可喜的进步,完成了一批具有国际、国内先进水平的课题。仅七·五期间承担的国家及省级课题就有349项。有72项通过了成果鉴定。获省科技进步奖42项,部级以上奖励16项。成为我省
When the 1990s came, we ushered in the best era for the development of our country’s scientific and technological undertakings. The idea that science and technology are primary productive forces has been widely accepted. Relying on advances in science and technology, promoting the development of production, and promoting economic and social prosperity have become decisive factors in achieving the second phase of our country’s economic and social development. The development of the country and the progress of society cannot be separated from science and technology. There is no doubt that the development of medicine must also rely on the progress of science and technology.
