本文依据全面、科学、可比和简便适用的评价指标选择原则,通过生态、经济和社会三个系统的诸项定量指标,设计了复合生态经济系统综合效益评价的指标体系,並以江苏省董徐村为例证,提出了对复合生态经济系统综合效益定量评价的方法。在计算方法上,由于生态系统指标变化具有滞后性,作者认为需要将生态系统指标的变化进行“放大”处理。
Based on the principles of comprehensive, scientific, comparable and convenient evaluation index selection, this paper designs the index system of the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the composite eco-economic system through the quantitative indicators of the three systems of ecology, economy and society. Village as an example, put forward a method of quantitative evaluation of comprehensive benefits of compound eco-economic system. In the calculation method, due to the lag of the change of the ecosystem indicator, the author believes that the change of the ecosystem indicator needs to be “enlarged”.
