风险技术已被广泛用于电力、石油、化工和许多工业领域的压力容器和管道中。这些技术包括经常性的采纳专家意见进行风险评估及其相关的几种最新方法:1.基于决策科学和贝叶斯概率理论的决策分析方法;2.利用事件树和故障树的概率风险评估;3.从应力-强度叠加到蒙特卡洛模拟方法的结构可靠性和风险评估。本文对各种风险技术在压力容器和管道中应用的技术和经济价值进行了工业评论,包括一些分析工具和应用实例,还讨论了风险技术与工程运用之间的相互关系,展望了各种风险技术的发展前景,使工程技术人员了解和掌握风险技术在各领域应用中的重要性。
Risk technology has been widely used in pressure vessels and pipelines in the power, petroleum, chemical and many industrial sectors. These techniques include the frequent adoption of expert advice for risk assessment and several recent approaches related to them: 1. Decision analysis based on decision science and Bayesian probability theory; 2. Probabilistic risk assessment using event trees and fault trees; 3. Structural reliability and risk assessment from stress-intensity superposition to Monte-Carlo simulation. This article gives an industrial commentary on the technical and economic value of various risk technologies for pressure vessels and pipelines, including some analytical tools and application examples. It also discusses the interrelationship between risk technology and engineering application and looks forward to various risks The development prospects of technology, engineering and technical personnel to understand and master the importance of risk technology in various fields of application.
