Detection of cerebrospinal fluid lymphocyte subsets is a new research topic in neuroimmunology. The authors report a mixed rosette method that can simultaneously detect lymphocyte subsets in cerebrospinal fluid, which is relatively simple and reproducible. In this method, 20 different types of nerves
