本文对我院1981—1986年间有完整记录的648例剖宫产指征作了回顾性分析。主要指征是:臀位占18.06%;胎儿窘迫占16.20%;骨盆狭窄占11.73%;过期妊娠占9.75%;妊高征占5.09%;6年间,无逐年增高趋势。对本文中部分剖宫产指征作了讨论。
This article retrospectively analyzed 648 cesarean indications with complete records from 1981 to 1986 in our hospital. The main indications are: breech accounted for 18.06%; fetal distress accounted for 16.20%; pelvic stenosis accounted for 11.73%; overdue pregnancy accounted for 9.75%; pregnancy-induced hypertension accounted for 5.90%; 6 years, no increase year by year trend. Some cesarean section indications in this article are discussed.
