企业集团财务管理模式的选择是企业集团能否健康发展的关键。目前,我国绝大多数企业集团都处于发展的初级阶段,其现行企业集团财务管理体制尚不完善,存在组织机构的不合理,资金体制的不完善等诸多问题。本文将对集团企业财务管理方式及影响因素进行分析。
The choice of enterprise group’s financial management mode is the key to the healthy development of enterprise group. At present, most of the enterprise groups in our country are in the initial stage of development. The current financial management system of the enterprise groups is still not perfect. There are many problems such as unreasonable organizational structure and imperfect financial system. This article will analyze the group enterprise’s financial management and influencing factors.
