1979年5月北京市子宫脱垂防治组在郊区县推广湖北医学院第一附属医院介绍的改良阴道式子宫脱垂手术,2年后随访,有效率98.21%,痊愈率82.63%。手术以单纯阴道壁修补术为主,其次为曼式手术。多用局麻。阴道壁修补术痊愈率最高(83.38%)。术后阴道较深长,自觉症状消失,病人满意。本文讨论了手术的优点、适应证及麻醉法,认为此法出血少、手术时间短、疗效好,值得推广。
