近日,工信部印发了《促进中小企业发展规划(2016-2020年)》。《规划》提出,推动军民融合发展,促进中小企业进入武器装备科研、生产和服务领域,推动转型升级,改善供给。(1)推动中小企业提高产品和服务有效供给能力。支持中小企业参与标准制定,不断提升产品和服务质量。支持中小企业做强做精核心业务,打造具有竞争力和影响力的精品和服务。支持和引导中小企业开展个性化定制、柔性化生产。22025
