目的探讨阿帕替尼联合卡培他滨治疗胃癌患者的临床疗效及其对血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年11月-2020年11月中国科学院中关村医院收治的80例胃癌患者,根据治疗方法将患者分为对照组(41例)和观察组(39例)。对照组患者口服卡培他滨片,1000 mg/m2,2次/d,治疗2周后停药1周,21 d为1个周期。观察组在对照组的基础上口服甲磺酸阿帕替尼片,500 mg/次,1次/d,治疗2周,21 d为1个周期。患者需维持用药3个周期。观察两组患者的临床疗效,同时比较两
