硝苯苄胺啶10mg/kg对大鼠角叉菜和完全福氏佐剂所致的足肿胀有明显的抑制作用,亦能抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳壳的炎症反应和大鼠由炎症介质组胺或5-羟色胺引起的血管通透性增加的作用。它还能明显抑制DTH反应及降低由PHA诱导的淋巴细胞转化反应,使[~2H]-TdR的掺入量明显减少。
Nifedipine 10 mg/kg significantly inhibited foot swelling caused by rat carrageenan and complete Freund’s adjuvant, and also inhibited the inflammatory reaction of the mouse ear shell caused by xylene and rats. Increased vascular permeability induced by the inflammatory mediators histamine or serotonin. It can also significantly inhibit the DTH response and reduce the PHA-induced lymphocyte transformation reaction, leading to a significant reduction in [~2H]-TdR incorporation.
