目的:研究不同产地射干的指纹图谱,建立共有模式图谱,为射干药材质量控制提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法测定,以乙腈-水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为265 nm。结果:建立了共有模式图谱,11份射干样品共有25个共有色谱峰,保留时间RSD≤0.77%,非共有峰保留时间RSD<2.0%。结论:各产地射干样品所含黄酮类成分种类相似,成分含量差异较大,应用过程中应加以区分。
OBJECTIVE: To study the fingerprints of stems from different habitats and to establish a common pattern map to provide the basis for the quality control of dried stems and herbs. Methods: The HPLC method was used to elute gradient acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results: A total pattern of common patterns was established. There were 25 common chromatographic peaks in 11 samples, with RSD≤0.77% and RSD <2.0%. Conclusions: The flavonoids contained in the dried samples from different areas are similar in content and the content of the flavonoids is quite different, so they should be distinguished during the application.
