The 18th CPC National Congress proposed that the socialist core value system is the soul of rejuvenating China and determines the development direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The main body of the socialist core value system practice includes both the political parties and the state as well as the broad masses of the people, but the most important subject should be an individual and the broadest masses of the people. Therefore, it is especially important to educate the core values of socialism (patriotism, dedication, honesty and friendliness) at the individual level. At present, our country is in a period of social transition and various social problems often emerge.
