“号外”作为报纸的一种特殊传播形式,在灾害事件及其他突发事件中的功能越来越受到关注。“灾害大国”日本在多次灾害事件中,积累了大量的“号外”传播经验。以日本20世纪以来的四次重大地震作为研究背景,考察地震中“号外”的传播活动,并从灾害史的视角,梳理日本灾害事件中“号外”的发展变迁。在此基础上进一步总结“号外”在灾害事件中的功能定位。
As a special form of communication of newspapers, the function of “Extra” is getting more and more attention in disasters and other emergencies. “Disaster Powers ” Japan has accumulated a large number of “extranodal” dissemination experiences during many disasters. Taking the four major earthquakes in Japan since the 20th century as a research background, this paper examines the spreading activities of the “extramarital affairs” in the earthquake and examines the development and changes of the “extramarital affairs” in Japan from the perspective of disaster history. On the basis of this, we further summarize the function orientation of “No. Foreign” in disaster events.
