厨房员工的激励是厨房人力资源管理的一项重要环节。它与餐饮企业的经济效益有着直接的联系。首先要了解激励的概念和目的,这样才能对激励有一个明确的认识。其次要了解士气的概念,及士气低落的几个表现。要用“激励”提高士气还要对员工的需求进行分析。只有知道员工在想什么,他们想要什么,才能采取办法满足他们的需求。最后再运用几个有效的激励方法,达到提高士气的目的,最终提高企业的经济效益。
The motivation of kitchen staff is an important part of kitchen human resource management. It has a direct connection with the economic benefits of catering companies. The first is to understand the concept and purpose of motivation so that there is a clear understanding of motivation. Second, we need to understand the concept of morale and the low morale.
