采用肌注α-糜蛋白酶加用金嗓散结丸治疗慢性肥厚性喉炎42例,疗效较满意,现报告如下。临床资料本院门诊确诊的慢性肥厚性喉炎患者82例,男39例,女43例,年龄21～62岁。病程0.5～5年。症状:声嘶、痰多。局部体征:喉粘膜慢性充血,声带、室带增厚,声带闭合不完全。 82例患者随机分为3组:中西医结合组42例,用 α-糜蛋白酶5mg稀释成1mg/ml,肌肉注射隔日1次,同时每日早晚口服金嗓散结丸2g;西药组20例,同法肌注a-糜蛋白酶5mg;中药组20例,同法口服金嗓散结丸。三组疗程均为1月。治疗期间严格禁声,忌烟酒及辛辣食物。
