2014年1月28日,国务院办公厅印发了《中国食物与营养发展纲要(2014—2020年)》(以下简称《纲要》)。不少人看了新出的《纲要》后,问我:其中的数据是不是有问题啊?不仅是很多指标没增长,有的甚至还下降了。难道中国人的食物要越来越少吗?新老《纲要》对比2001年的《纲要》中,2010年人均肉类消费目标是28公斤;新《纲要》里,2020年肉类的年人均消费目标只增加到29公斤,而目前的实际人均消费量已经超过50公斤了。这是不是说,肉类的摄入量要削减一半儿?
On January 28, 2014, the General Office of the State Council issued the Outline for the Development of China’s Food and Nutrition (2014-2020) (hereinafter referred to as the “Outline”). After many people read out the new Outline, they asked me: Is there any problem with the data? Not only have many indicators not increased, some have even declined. Is the Chinese food to be less and less?
