目的 测量正常人肠系膜上动脉(SMA)与腹主动脉(AA)夹角以及在左肾静脉和十二指肠中点水平SMA至AA距离的正常值范围。方法 利用 16排多层螺旋CT血管成像技术测量 41例正常检查者卧位状态下SMA与AA之间的角度和距离。结果 41例正常SMA夹角的平均值为 47. 4°±18. 3°,其中≤15°者 3例,占 7. 3%,≥70°者 10例,占 24. 4%。在左肾静脉和十二指肠中点水平,SMA至AA的距离分别为(1. 3±0. 4)cm和(1. 4±0. 4)cm。结论 多层螺旋CT血管成像可准确测量SMA夹角并显示SMA与左肾静脉和十二指肠的解剖关系,对十二指肠淤积症和胡桃夹现象的诊断有重要意义。
Objective To measure the normal angle between the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) and the abdominal aorta (AA) and the level of SMA to AA at the midpoint of left renal vein and duodenum. Methods The angle and distance between SMA and AA were measured by 16-slice multi-slice spiral CT angiography in 41 supine patients. Results The average value of 41 normal SMAs was 47. 4 ° ± 18.3 °, of which 3 cases ≤15 °, accounting for 7.3%, ≥ 70 °, 10 cases (24.4%). At the midpoint of the left renal vein and duodenum, the distances from SMA to AA were (1.3 ± 0.4) cm and (1.4 ± 0.4) cm, respectively. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT angiography can accurately measure the angle of SMA and display the anatomic relationship between SMA and the left renal vein and duodenum. It is of significance for the diagnosis of duodenal disease and nutcracker.
