目的:应用奖金管理促进我院低年资护士规范化培训工作积极稳妥推进;方法:自2018年3月,我院护理部安排33名低年资护士进行院内轮转的规范化培训,并出台了一系列的以稳定的队伍为前提的激励低年资护士积极参与规范化培训的奖金管理模式;结果 :护士队伍稳定,低年资护士较规范化培训轮转第四季度较第一季度的病事假率明显下降,不达标率明显下降;规定带教期结束,轮转科室对轮转护士进行独立倒班前评价,满意度明显提高,P值<0.001结论 :奖金管理促进了规范化培训工作积极稳妥推进,达到规范化培训目标.
