本文报道用国产 hMG 治疗16例垂体促性腺激素低下性闭经或无排卵的妇女,因hMG 制剂中所含 FSH 和 LH 量的比例不同分为两组.第一组6例(包括 Sheehan综合征2例;继发闭经2例;无排卵1例;溢乳-闭经综合征1例).结果:诱发排卵4例,其中1例妊娠.第二组10例,均属促性腺激素低下性闭经(Sheehan 综合征5例;继发闭经2例,原发闭经1例,垂体瘤术后闭经2例)。结果:10例均有排卵,其中妊娠3例,包括一例双胎妊娠.
This article reports the use of domestic hMG treatment of 16 cases of pituitary gonadotropin-lowering amenorrhea or anovulatory women, due to hMG preparations contained in the proportion of FSH and LH divided into two groups.The first group of 6 patients (including Sheehan syndrome 2 (2 cases of secondary amenorrhea, 1 case of anovulation, 1 case of galactorrhea-amenorrhea syndrome) .Results: 4 cases were induced ovulation and 1 case of pregnancy.The second group was 10 cases of Sheehan Syndrome in 5 cases; secondary amenorrhea in 2 cases, primary amenorrhea in 1 case, pituitary adenoma after amenorrhea in 2 cases). Results: All 10 cases had ovulation, including 3 cases of pregnancy, including one case of twin pregnancy.
