针对当前电牵引采煤机传统设计过程复杂,并过分依赖于设计者经验,开发了基于实例推理的电牵引采煤机概念设计系统。根据属性权重给出各属性相似度和整体相似度的计算方法,提取最相似实例,进行实例修改,最终得到合适方案。经实践证明,该系统缩短了设计周期,减少了设计人员的工作量,具有实际的工程应用价值。
In view of the complexity of the traditional design process of the electric haulage shearer and over-reliance on the designer’s experience, the conceptual design system of the electric haulage shearer based on case-based reasoning is developed. According to the weight of attribute, the method of calculating the similarity and the overall similarity of each attribute is given, the most similar instance is extracted, the example is modified, finally the suitable scheme is obtained. The practice proved that the system shortens the design cycle, reducing the workload of designers, with practical value of the project.
