液晶生物传感器是集现代生物技术与先进的传感电子技术于一体,是生物技术、材料技术、物理技术、电子技术等交叉结合而形成的新兴高科技产品,是生物材料研究的全新领域。综述了液晶材料用作生物传感器的可行性、工作原理及研究现状,对其发展前景进行了展望;并从仿生角度出发,采用溶致液晶制备壳聚糖高分子液晶薄膜;以期为研究者进一步认识研究液晶生物材料新用途,促进液晶生物传感器发展与应用提供参考。
LCD biosensors are modern biotechnology and advanced sensing electronic technology in one, is a combination of biotechnology, materials technology, physical technology, electronic technology and other emerging high-tech products, is a new field of biological materials research. The feasibility, working principle and research status of liquid crystal materials used as biosensors are summarized, and their development prospects are prospected. From the perspective of biomimetics, chitosan polymer liquid crystal films are prepared by using lyotropic liquid crystals. Understanding of the new use of liquid crystal biomaterials to promote the development and application of liquid crystal biosensors provide a reference.
