1 前言烧结矿质量是影响高炉操作、燃料比和生铁含硅最重要的因素之一。目前对烧结矿质量的研究集中在烧结矿的还原性方面。烧结工艺的加热状况和原料特性被认为对烧结矿的还原性影响很大。然而,这些影响目前还没有完全弄清楚。本文的目的是想通过定量分析来研究这些影响因素并制订出提高烧结矿还原度的方法。我们作了气孔率对还原度影响的某些试验研究。在和歌山№3烧结机上生产出高还原度烧结矿并在该厂№3高炉进行了冶炼试验。
1 Introduction Sinter quality is one of the most important factors affecting blast furnace operation, fuel ratio, and silicon content in pig iron. The current study of the quality of sinter concentrates on the reduction of sinter. The heating conditions and material properties of the sintering process are considered to have a significant effect on the reducibility of the sinter. However, these effects are not yet fully understood. The purpose of this paper is to examine these influencing factors through quantitative analysis and to develop ways to increase the reduction of sinter. We made some experimental studies on the effect of porosity on the degree of reduction. In Wakayama № 3 sintering machine to produce high reduction sinter and № 3 blast furnace metallurgical test.
