中国继续工程教育协会高校工作委员会成立大会于1996年1月23日—24日在北京理工大学举行。国家人事部和中国继续工程教育协会有关方面负责人成银生、庄英翘、张庆龙、杨和平等同志出席了大会。北京理工大学校长、两院院士王越教授,副校长俞信教授出席大会并致词。国防科技工业继续教育协会、兵器工业总公司教育局、北京市科干局领导林柏生、张晗利、王永平、郁蕾等出席会议并讲话。来自天津大学、四川联合大学、北京大学、北京医科大学、北京航空航天大学、北京理工大学、同济大学、复旦大学、国防科技大学、浙江大学、清华大学等高校的18位代表参加了会议。
China Continuing Engineering Education Association College Working Committee was established in January 23, 1996 -24 at Beijing Institute of Technology. Comrades of the State Personnel Ministry and relevant parties of China Association of Continuing Engineering Education Cheng Yinsheng, Zhuang Yingqiao, Zhang Qinglong, and Yang Heping attended the meeting. President of Beijing Institute of Technology, Academician Wang Yue and Vice President Yu Xin attended the conference and delivered speeches. National Defense Science and Technology Industrial Education Association, Weaponry Corporation Education Bureau, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Forestry leaders Lin Boshon, Zhang Hanli, Wang Yongping, Yu Lei attended the meeting and delivered a speech. 18 representatives from Tianjin University, Sichuan Union University, Peking University, Beijing Medical University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing Institute of Technology, Tongji University, Fudan University, National Defense Science and Technology University, Zhejiang University and Tsinghua University attended the conference.
