介绍一种基于热流计原理的CO_2激光功率监测仪。该仪器对工作环境无特殊要求,能够满足实时监测大功率CO_2激光器输出功率的需要。
A CO_2 laser power monitor based on the principle of heat flow meter is introduced. The instrument has no special requirements for working environment and can meet the need of real-time monitoring output power of high-power CO2 laser.
